Long-distance proximity sensor "700/700L Series"

Introduction of all-stainless housing long-distance proximity sensor.

The "700/700L Series" is an all-stainless long-distance proximity sensor capable of detecting both iron and aluminum at the same distance. Due to its integrated stainless steel structure, including the detection surface, it is resistant to impact and will continue to operate even if the internal ferrite core breaks when something strikes the detection head. Additionally, the "700L Series" has obtained ECOLAB certification, making it ideal for food and saltwater applications, and we also offer a special variant known as the "welding magnetic field resistant type." 【Features】 ■ Capable of long-distance detection up to 40mm ■ Impact-resistant due to its integrated stainless steel structure, including the detection surface ■ Detects non-ferrous metals other than aluminum at long distances ■ Not affected by aluminum cutting chips ■ Capable of detection through stainless steel plates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat-resistant proximity sensor IFRH series

A cylindrical heat-resistant inductive proximity sensor with digital output that can withstand temperatures up to +180°C and is suitable for long-term use in high-temperature environments.

The IFRH series is a cylindrical heat-resistant inductive proximity sensor with digital (ON/OFF) output that can withstand temperatures up to +180°C, making it suitable for long-term use in high-temperature environments. It is specially designed to endure long-term use, not just short-term applications in high-temperature environments. It strikes a balance between "heat resistance that can cover most applications" and "sensor durability." The detection part and the amplifier's relay cable use FEP material, which provides superior heat resistance and stable detection even in high-temperature environments. The IFRH series is the optimal choice for customers looking for long-term use in high-temperature conditions.

Square Standard Proximity Sensor IWFM Series

A rectangular-shaped analog output inductive proximity sensor designed to be very thin.

The IWFM series is a rectangular-shaped inductive proximity sensor designed to be very thin, with analog (current/voltage) output. Its very thin rectangular shape allows for installation in very limited spaces, providing fast response times and excellent linearity, demonstrating outstanding performance across a wide range of applications. Not only is it thin, but it also adopts a safe three-wire (DC three-wire) configuration, eliminating concerns about leakage current that can arise with two-wire (DC two-wire) systems. While two-wire systems can reduce wiring costs compared to three-wire systems, they carry the risk of leakage current. In contrast, three-wire systems incur higher wiring costs but offer greater safety. Whether to prioritize "cost reduction" or "safety" depends on the customer's application and situation, but if safety is a priority, we highly recommend the IWFM series.

Salt Damage Protection Proximity Sensor IFRR Series

A cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with excellent salt damage resistance and very robust digital output.

The IFRR series is a cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with excellent saltwater resistance and a very robust digital (ON/OFF) output. It features a housing made of 316L stainless steel (EN number: 1.4404, known as SUS316L in Japan, which is considered the most rust-resistant stainless steel), and has been treated for saltwater protection, making it particularly suitable for use in areas prone to salt damage. In addition to its excellent saltwater resistance, it has an IP68/IP69K waterproof and dustproof protection rating, a wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +80°C), and can withstand high-temperature cleaning (from +80°C to +100°C) for short periods (30 minutes per day). It also has excellent environmental resistance, making it a very robust inductive proximity sensor.

Wastewater Detection Specialized Proximity Sensor CFAK 12 Series

A capacitive proximity sensor with digital output that can detect stably without malfunctioning even when wet foreign substances adhere to the detection surface.

The CFAK 12 series is a capacitive proximity sensor with digital (ON/OFF) output that can detect stable readings without malfunctioning even when wet foreign substances adhere to the detection surface. The liquid contact surface is made of POM material (which has high mechanical strength and excellent wear and chemical resistance), and the gasket is made of EPDM50 (which has excellent chemical and weather resistance). Thanks to its special housing design, it can achieve very stable detection without being affected by foreign substances. Even if foreign materials such as toilet paper or paper adhere to the detection surface in a wet state, it will not malfunction and can provide very stable detection. Despite its compact size, its distinctive housing shape makes installation very easy, allowing it to demonstrate excellent performance in many applications.

Cylindrical Standard Proximity Sensor IR (Analog Output) Series

Cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with high response speed and excellent linearity in analog output.

The IR (Analog Output) series is a cylindrical inductive proximity sensor with high-speed response and excellent linearity, providing analog (current/voltage) output. It demonstrates high performance in applications such as distance measurement due to its fast response and superior linearity. Additionally, it employs a safe three-wire (DC three-wire) configuration, eliminating concerns about leakage current that can arise with two-wire (DC two-wire) systems. While two-wire systems can reduce wiring costs compared to three-wire systems, they carry the risk of leakage current. In contrast, three-wire systems incur higher wiring costs but offer greater safety. Whether to prioritize "cost reduction" or "safety" depends on the customer's application and situation; however, if safety is a priority, we highly recommend this IR series.
